Last updated: 12 August 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this store and any purchase you make from Raven.GG Limited ("Raven.GG", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales.

- Registered office: 610 Delta Office Park, Swindon, SN5 7XF, United Kingdom

By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who this store serves

Raven.GG Limited sells to customers in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world, excluding the United States and the European Union. Customers in the EU should purchase from our EU store operated by Raven.GG EU B.V.; customers in the US should purchase from our US store operated by Raven.GG USA, Inc. We may cancel and refund orders placed with the wrong regional store and direct you to the correct one.

2. Licensed merchandise

Products sold on this store are official Overwatch World Cup merchandise, sold by Raven.GG Limited under a sub-license granted through Hyperdrive Creative LLC from Activision Publishing, Inc. Overwatch, Overwatch World Cup, and associated names, logos, and designs are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. or its affiliates. This store is operated by Raven.GG Limited, not by Activision Blizzard or Blizzard Entertainment, and your contract of sale is with Raven.GG Limited alone. No purchase transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond ownership of the physical item.

3. Orders and contract formation

1. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it — and the contract is formed — when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when payment is taken.
2. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example where stock is unavailable, payment fails or is flagged as fraudulent, a pricing or description error is discovered, or the order is placed from a region we do not serve. If we cancel, we will refund you in full.
3. All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will refund it.

4. Prices and payment

1. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and, for UK customers, include VAT where applicable.
2. Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
3. For deliveries outside the UK, prices exclude import duties, customs charges, and local taxes, which are your responsibility (see the Shipping Policy).
4. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, even after a confirmation email, provided we have not yet dispatched it.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, estimated timeframes, and charges are calculated and confirmed at checkout and described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; ownership passes on the later of delivery and receipt of full payment.

6. Cancellations, returns, and faulty goods

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: UK consumers have a statutory 14-day right to cancel online orders; beyond statutory rights, we do not accept change-of-mind returns; and faulty or damaged items are always covered — UK consumers have the protections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the 30-day short-term right to reject. For customers outside the UK, any rights granted by mandatory local consumer law are unaffected.

7. Your use of the store

You agree not to misuse the store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, placing fraudulent orders, or reselling products commercially without our written consent. We may refuse service where we reasonably suspect abuse.

8. Our liability

1. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
2. Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, losses not caused by our breach, or business losses (this store is for consumers).
3. Subject to the above, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes, extreme weather). We will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise the delay; if delivery is delayed substantially, you may cancel undelivered items for a full refund.

10. General

- If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remain in effect.
- These Terms are personal to you and may not be transferred.
- We may update these Terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales (or Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there); nothing prevents you relying on mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We would encourage you to contact us first at contact@blackbird.team — most issues can be resolved quickly.
