This Privacy Policy explains how Raven.GG Limited ("Raven.GG", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit or make a purchase from this store. Information you give us:
- Identity and contact details — name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address
- Order details — products purchased, order value, delivery preferences
- Communications — messages you send to customer support
- Marketing preferences — whether you have opted in to receive marketing emails

Information collected automatically:
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, time zone, pages viewed, and how you interact with the store (collected via cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site)

Payment information: card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors (e.g. Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

3. Why we use your data and our lawful bases

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who need it to run the store:

- Shopify Inc. — our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store, processes orders on our behalf, and sends our marketing emails through Shopify Email
- Payment processors — to take payment securely
- Delivery carriers — name, address, and contact details needed to deliver your order
- Group companies — Raven.GG EU B.V. and Raven.GG USA, Inc., where needed for group administration or to redirect an order placed with the wrong regional store
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law

We do not sell your personal data. Sales reporting to our licensor partners is provided in aggregated form and does not include personal data.

5. International transfers

Our service providers (including Shopify) may process data outside the UK, including in the United States and Canada. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

- Order and transaction records: 6 years after the tax year of the transaction (HMRC requirement)
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or after a period of sustained inactivity, whichever is sooner
- Support correspondence: 24 months after the query is resolved
- Device/usage data: for the life of the relevant cookie or session

7. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

- Request erasure of your data
- Object to processing (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing)

- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

8. Cookies

The store uses cookies that are necessary for it to function (cart, checkout, security) and, where applicable, cookies supporting the email marketing you have signed up for. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.

9. Children

This store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Complaints

If you are outside the UK, you may also be able to complain to your local data protection authority.
